Standard G-Force for Vehicle simulation Load cases?

Hi,

I got some confusion with full vehicle simulation.

How to define 'G-Force' for Vehicle simulation (MiniBus) Load cases like 3G Bump, 6G Pothole, 0.8G Braking, etc.,

Is there any specific standard for it.?

No. Each company will develop its own standards, based partly on the market it is designing for.

Is there any idea about vehicle component analysis (Engine Mounting Brackets & IP Tie-Bar) G force or Load cases?


 
If you are a Tier one or component manufacturer ask the grownups, if you are an OEM measure them. Having said that a bit of thought should lead you to some likely figures for the engine mounts at least.
