Could anyone can give me a details in terms of material composition and any supporting doc on:

A 213 TP 347 AND A271-347

It is true that A271-347 already discontinuity and been replaced with A213 TP347?

In terms of P-No yes. I don't have the actual A 271 material specification for a side by side comparison with A 213.

Did you have Hx tubes supplied under A 271 originally installed? If so, the A 213 tube material specification can be used in place of A 271 provided the same Grade or an upgraded tube material Grade is used.
 
The chemistry will be the same. There may be a minor difference, some of the old specs didn't exactly match, but it wouldn't be an issue.
