Hello to everybody!

I need someone to help me: how i can realize a squash/press on a pipe? In particularly I need a sort of squeezed zone under bracket so once filled with material I can block its rotation.

Attached some pictures, thank you

You can add the flat section to the pipe with a D-shaped sketch of the flattened cross section:

I did it with the Part Design workbench. I added a Pad for the blue flat section of pipe, and two Multi-Section Solids for the purple and yellow transition sections. The Multi-Section Solid tool doesn't like sketches with 2 profiles (OD and ID), so I just sketched the OD and did a Shell to hollow out the pipe. I also added Tangent Continuity to the Multi-Section Solids.

Let me know if you have any questions
