How much do junction loss constants in square pipes differ from loss constants for circular pipes?
For example, a circular cross section pipe with a 90 degree elbow may have a loss coefficient of 0.2. How much would this value differ from the loss coefficient for a 90 degree elbow in square cross section piping?
I realise minor losses in square piping must be greater than in circular piping but don't have any books with values for losses in square piping.
