Sprinkler NFPA 13 and Standpipe NFPA 14 Hydrostatic Testing

Is the purpose of a Sprinkler and Standpipe test in NFPA13 and NFPA14 for:

Structural integrity testing or leak testing?

I was reading online and in the engineering forums here for ASME piping and hydrotesting (determining pressure amounts for test, etc)

Is the 200psi for 2 hrs only for leak testing in NFPA13?
