For the spring used in a nuclear industry some customer ask for the spring ASME Code Section III, Division 1, Class 1, 2010 Edition, 2011 Add some other for ASME Code Section III, Division 1, Class 1, 1980 Edition, S80 Add.
So what is the basic difference between these two.

They are completely different versions and you would need to have both to successfully bid on both jobs.
