For spot welding application, there are two cooling circuit/requirements you need to calculate.
The first is the cooling for the weld controler. The other is the cooling for weld guns and transformers. your equipment supplier should assist you to decide the requirements of the cooling system. Mostly you need to calculate the GPM requirements. Be careful if the welding is MFDC, the GPM requirement is much higher
