Sports bottle closure 55-65mm finish

I am looking for existing tooling, or a U.S. supplier of finished parts, for a leak-proof plastic reusable sports bottle closure with a finish in the range of 55-65mm. I would be interested in a pop-up spout with a bite valve; or a stationary spout with a plastic cover. Thank you for any suggestions.
