Splined Shaft Vendor

I am currently working on repairing a machine that we have out in our plant and need to purchase splined shaft for the repair. I will need approximately 1ft of external splined shaft and a section of internal spline to mate to the shaft. The internal spline fits into a recess of a coupling and is welded to it (1.5" Dia and 0.8" long). I have looked in Grainger and McMaster-Carr but could not seem to locate what I need in any length. The following are all of the specs that I have for the external spline

Major Diameter - 1.125"
Minor Diameter - 0.909"
Pitch - 8/16

We are just looking to repair the machine for now to reduce our downtime and keep it runnig for a little longer until we can engineer a better solution to the problem. Any help would be appreciated
