spillage container dimensions for sulfuric acid tanks

We have two tanks (37,500 lts capacity each) for sulfuric acid 98%
Is there any standard for the dimensions of the spillage container??

In Spain for less problematic fuel tanks the whole volume (assuming total failure) must be contained in a surrounding tank.
