Speaker Wattage to BTU/s-What do I really need to account for?

If you have just a speaker in a perfectly insulated room (amp is located outside the room) you can simply convert the speaker wattage to BTUs and that's the cooling requirement for that space. But what about for more real-life scenario where the room is not perfectly insulated and vibrations pass through the wall/floor/ceiling assemblies? Does anybody have a good rule of thumb for how much wattage would be converted to BTUs? I have a project with a fairly large amount of speaker KWs and I want to make sure I'm accounting for it as realistic as possible.

For really large projects you use simulation software, it walks you through all the details you have to account for,
 
There is a simulation software for speaker load? Or are you just speaking in general terms about heat load software? The latter does not cover these obscure internal gains.
 
There is a lot of simulation software to model any device you can think of, but its not cheap.

An internet search will direct you.
