Spanish Normative RD 2060-2008 regarding boiler buildings

Hello,

Does anybody have experience in applying the Spanish Normative RD 2060-2008? I'm interested to find out if there would be a difference in applicability between a direct fired fire tube boiler (fuel burned in 1st boiler pass inside the boiler shell) and a waste heat fire tube boiler (fuel burned somewhere else, only hot flue gasses entering the boiler).
