I was wondering: What cost per square foot are you guys seeing these days?

For example:

Warehouses: Say 20' clear, precast insulated wall panels and 8" slab on grade, spread footings, framed conventional steel?

Office Spaces: Say 14' clear, 4" slab, spread footings, conventional steel frame

Is anything bought for $100 per foot anymore?

I think my mental "price-o-meter" is off, and not in step with the current pricing of buildings. I'm trying to see what these things run now, per square foot.

You know, for years, the tipping point was $100 per foot. Architects wanted it below that number, and if it was above that number, you could see their eyes squint some! No real reason $100 was the point....it just was. What do prices look like now?
