Hi!
My management occasionally asks really odd questions. I've been asked to scope (ie, guess) the size of a municipal water and wastewater project in Ecuador.
Unfortunately, there is apparently only one operating municipal sewage treatment plant in the country. In addition, this isn't really within my area of expertise.
Anybody have an idea where to find some estimates for per-capita or per-connection water usage in Ecuador or South America? I realise that the number of people acually connected to a municipal potable water system is probably quite limited.
Thanks!
Dave
