Source of PVC test Video?

I have a video of a PVC fitting being tested to failure by pressure cycling. Great video demonstrating the hinge point in the crotch of a tee.

Someone gave me the video years ago but they did not know where it came from. I would like to use this video and would like to ask permission but do not know who to ask.
