Sour Gas Plant OPEX and CAPEX

Does anyone know where I can find any figures related to OPEX, CAPEX and capacity of Sour Gas Plants from around the world? This is for Gas Plants that simply condition and treat natural gas, not LNG plants, etc. It is for benchmarking type analysis. I have spent many hours scouring the web, found little, and would appreciate any info at all even if it is old.
