does anyone know if I can find standards on the sound attenuation of certain materials. I need to know the sound attenuation of cement, drywall, plywood, and insulation.

You can find those in most of Building-Architectural Acoustics books. Also refer to "Engineering Noise Control" book of Bies&Hansen from Unwin-Hyman publications. [sig][/sig]
