Good day, could you please tell me how to give the Geometric tolerances, which standard is good?I don't have any experience in this aera.

Hi Chuny,

ASME Y14.5M 1994 is the official spec. for your subject.
It is $125 USD new from ASME. There are older revisions and interpretations of same from $25 USD up.

VOLVO STANDARDS: STD 112-0003E, STD 112-0002, STD 112-0006,STD 5062,2E

just key in the standard number without the "STD" and save it to your hard disk.

These all are dealing with geometrical tolerances accoring to the ISO system but it is almost the same as the ANSI. Any way, as far as I know the coming new ANSI will be the same as the ISO.
