Are you looking for weld procedures? Or operating procedures? Or what?
ASME and AWS have some "standard" pre-qualified procedures that you can buy for a price. I don't know if any of them pertain to pipe, or if API has anything like that for pipe.
It all obviously depends on the materials, the personnel, and the equipment involved.
