Solvent evaporation rate

Legend has it that at one point Shell published a paper concerning the evaporatino rates of water and solvents, mixed in various evnironments etc.

Does anyone know of it, have seen it, can point me where to find it?

If not, are there other similar useful tables? We are formulationg some water based cheistry with VERY specific drying characteristics and any resource would help.
