solidworks Volume calc

Does any one know is solidworks has the capability to calculate the volume of an part or assembly?

Appologies not the volume of the part but the volume of the air gap between two components in an assembly.

Its between a PCB and a metal frame on top of it. You can imagine creating a solid for pcb will be difficult and also the frame has many profiles that will be difficult too.
 
Although several steps could be involved, it is easier than you think.

Save the PCB and frame as a part.
Create a solid body (not merged) around that part.
Use the Combine function to remove the PCB/frame part.


Or you might be able to use the Cavity function in a new assy.
 
Have you tried using the "indent" feature? that might be of use
