Solidworks to NX translator

Are there any translators that can allow a Solidworks part to be read into NX and retain the feature history? Parasolids are accurate but are tough to modify.

Not that I'm aware of, but then that's one of the primary reasons why we developed Synchronous Modeling in both NX and Solid Edge, so that you could easily modify models translated from other systems.
