Solidworks surface loft problem

Hello everyone, I have been working with solidworks for quite a while so I am not a total beginner, though I am new around here. I have a project going that will help me build an engine for a local racing team. The object in the image is the intake port on a motorcycle cylinder head. Redrawn over a scanned IGES file. I believe most of you already see the problem I have stumbled upon. Solidworks 2013 wont let me loft a closed contour into two contours. But there really is no other way around I really have to make this work. I was hoping there will be someone with enough experience to help me out. Thanks :)
