Solid works 2012 e-drawings

Hi people, i have solid works 2012 x64 version.

I open the file with the design, go to measure on left side
and the icon 'activate measure' appears gray. I don't know
if the draw is locked or something, someone could give me
information to activate measure to see the measures? I have
to do that to my final presentation work...
