I understand that in some states that the illegal dumping of solid waste is increasingly becoming a problem. Therefore, I am looking for information about seminars on Solid Waste Disposal. I am not a environmental engineer, so that I would like to know of something that starts with the basics (ABC's) of solid waste disposal, but also covers "How To" details. Course duration should be 1 or 2 days in length. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any "canned" programs.
