solid edge wont start 2

Hello i've read thread562-151327=(solid edge wont start) and I got the same problem
except I am the administrator. The only way to start the program is to reboot push F8 and boot in safe module.
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem.
So that i dont need to boot in safe module evry time i need to work

I had big time problems getting any version to start. It always said that Solid Edge encountered an error and has to shut down. Turned out it was my video card drivers and I had to get an older version. Did that and it worked perfect.

Thanks for the reply i shall try and download new video drivers.

Unfortunatly it didn't worked, anyone else has some suggestions ?
