Solid Edge CDROM issue

hey all, I'm running SE v12 and recently when i go to open up a document in assembly it also asks me to insert disk into the D: drive. My Cdrom. I havent used SE to open anything from a CDROM and the majority of my documents are stored on our server.
any thoughts?
