solenoid valve across pressure safety valve

is solenoid valve allowed across pressure safety valve which is protecting a filter coalescer on compressor unit?

As far as I am aware, you can install a bypass around any pressure safety relief valve. I don't see why it would matter whether it was manual or automated.
