Solenoid operated Directional control valve is not operating when we changeover pump, then we operate it manually 3 or 4 times after that all dcv operates normally
What is the problem

Just a wild guess, a loose or broken electrical connection.

We are facing these problem from 1 year,all DCV replaced with new one but same problem found.

This happen only after pump changeover

Does it have a pilot stage? If so, where does the pilot pressure come from?
