I am installing a soldier pile wall. 3/8 inch sheet steel seam welded is specified for the caisson (36 inches in diameter) which is 15 feet in drilled earth to hold concrete in which half the pile will be embedded. The owner representative will let us pull the caisson and reuse it. I think this presents constructability problems, however, and wish to use 16 gauge corrugated metal pipe left in place as a substitute. The rep has asked for a specification that allows this optional approach. Can anyone recommend a source for this spec? Thank you.

Why would you need a spec for leaving in a corrugated steel casing which wasn't needed to begin with? If the owner's engineer is letting you pull the steel casing, it isn't needed by design. They should be happy you are leaving in a steel corrugated pipe.
