Solar Cells Manufacturer

I'm looking for manufacturers of micro solar cells, like the ones put on solar powered calculator. Searching on the net only gives me manufacturers of large outdoor panels. Anyone here knows manufacturers of these small electronic product solar cells?

Here in Canada, solar-powered calculators can be found at the 'dollar stores' (for Cdn$1, about UC$0.81). This includes the entire calculator with the embedded solar cells. Obviously, these solar cells must be extremely inexpensive (in China) when they're built-in to products that retail for less than US$1.

I'm assuming that 'efortin' is looking for large quantities.
