Hi all,

I have a model which is a sandwich CFRP panel connected to a support structure, with around 300.000 nodes.

The 4 connection between the panel and support structure is modeled with RBE2 and spring elements. Depending on the stiffness of the spring the sol103 significantly differs on time calculation.

If for 1 connection I have the spring "rigid" stiffness 1e6 for translations 1e9 rotations (N mm, ton) then it takes around 5 minutes.
If I change some of the spring translation stiffness to 1e3 - 1e4 then it runs in around 30 minutes.

I'm searching for the first 10 modes which are in the range 50-500 Hz and I'm using Lanczos.

Do you know what can it be? or any tips?

I saw something about RDMODES do you know how to activate it in FEMAP?

I'm using v2412

Thanks in advance!
