Soil Moisture Account Method parameter calculation

Hello,
I am doing long term simulation using HEC-HMS 4.0. In the loss method, for runoff calculation, I am using Soil Moisture Accounting Method, but I am not getting any guideline for calculating the parameters. Could anybody please help me for this regard?
