Software for environmental monitoring

Hello,

In our company (petroleum) we have a complete monitoring of environmental data (air pollution, water treatment, waste management, etc.). But we don`t have an advance software for a better research, with graphics' assistant, statistics, etc.
Do you know any software for this type of application?.
