Smoother curves

Is there a way to smooth out spline curves in SW? Some seem to turn out okay until I zoom in and they are made up of several straight lines instead of a constant curve. This would be okay is some areas on a large scale but some curves would need to be as smooth as possible. I have attached a screenshot of one I am talking about. I wasn't taking this screenshot for this purpose so it is not zoomed in where I need it. The spline I am talking about in the photo is on the right side of the headstock.
