Small valves dimensions

Dear all!!

As far as I know, ANSI B16.10 gives only end-to-end lengths for butt welding or flanged valves. In the case of small socket weld valves, is there any applicable code? Which dimensions are more usual?

API 602 covers small steel socket welding end valves. In general, there are no end-to-end dimensions provided, however, there is a range given for the "extended body" styles.

API602 valves end to end dimesions is left to manufacturer standards: each manufacturer have ends dimenstion which varies usually between 10 to 30mm
