Dear All,

In brief my problem is that in the axissymmetric model of a ball pressing a disk; I am getting load extracted as reaction force at RP of ball is higher than the experimental values.
The material property is correct; extrapolated to 1 strain
contact is also supposedly correct penalty friction small slididng/

The reaction force vs displ is behaviorally same like experimental but magnified to higher values.
Help.
P.S.
I have tried everything, changing friction coeff to frictionless to 0.6, thickness of the sheet; also applied upper and lower dies, tried lagranzian multiplier in contacts but no soln.
