SMALL POWER PACKAGE MODUL FOR HALFBRIDGES

Hi,
we want to build a half bridge modul on a direct copper
bonded ceramik (DCB)the parameters are 40V, about 7 mOhm, VGS+/- 20V,I=80A/120Grad; The Rth should be about 1K/W
Has anybody an idea?

Suggestion: It also depends what kind of rectifier you have in mind, e.g. controlled rectifier, half-controlled rectifier or uncontrolled rectifier.
