Slope stability with mudstone - seismic case

I am designing a new lake bank in a seismic zone. My lake bank will be formed entirely on mudstone (highly to moderately weathered) with SPT > 100.

In my slope stability analysis for the seismic case, should I worry about mudstone's undrained shear strength as if I model for clay?
