SLC500 sequencer 2

Does anyone know where I can find a sample programme using the SLC500 sequencer instruction SQC and SQO. I am confused by the AB instructions (again).

You can go to a website called

http://www.plcs.net/,

then if you click on downloads it takes you to a screen that has a list of plc companies (click on allen bradley). Then it will take you to the next page which shows a list of sample programs (scroll and you will find one saying "sequencer"
