I often get contacted for old Slagle Manufacturing information since Shell and Tube Maintenance & Design (MD) holds all of the old Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger documentation. The founder of Slagle Manufacturing, John Slagle, sold Slagle Manufactering prior to acquiring Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers so the Slagle documentation did not carry over to Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. I have tracked don't the holder of these records and can supply this documentation.
