sketch doesnt allow editing

Once a day, when startinga new sketch, I create a circle, when I try to dimension it to a specific size I am not allowed. What ever the circle is drawn to locks into that size.


Any ideas? I have to reboot computer then things work correctly for about another day.


Solidworks 2011 SP3.0, Windows 7
