sizing pump for separate risers of system III standpipe

hi
i have a system III standpipe which the wet riser and dry riser are separate. i want to size the pump for this system.shall i size the wet riser based on system II and dry one based on system I in NFPA 14? i mean assuming 100 gpm for wet riser and 500 gpm for dry riser.
tnx for your help
