Sizing a header for clean high pressure air(instrument air)

Hi,

what is the easy way to size a header to transport air if you only know the pressure drop and the flow? The pressure drop is about 10% of the upstream pressure so i have the option to use the incompressible flow model (Hagen-Pos, etc) and for accuracy the compressible flow model(P1^2 - P2^2).
