Hi , please let me and help me know what is the sizes of serration's deep on the cast iron plates?
also what is the spaced sizes between each line ?
could u please let me know why the plate must have these patterns on the surface and if we do not make any lines on it wont work properly ?
2- if i want to make a tungsten carbide seal face which it is grinding by cbn grinder before lapping ,how long dose it take to reach to 3 helium light bands?
3- which mesh of lapping paste should i use to make a seal face mirror and shiny and how much should i use each time ?
4- how much pressure should i press by hand and move it in 8 figure should i press my hand with heavy pressure or light pressure is better?
