Single lip Chamfer Mill

I want to use lip chamfer tool for machining but proe offset the toolpath half the diameter of tool . i want to use angle portion of tool
 
One way to do this is to create a trajectory sequence and sketch the toolpath from the CL of the tool, then do not offset. You may have to use "axis shift" to get the proper "Z" height.
