I am writing a spreadsheet to calculate the capacity of single angles in compression based on the 9th Ed. ASD. I have a question about Example 11 on page 3-57 in the manual. Near the end of the example, on page 3-58, it says 'Using Table 3,'. Where is Table 3? I haven't been able to figure out where they are referring to. Thanks for your help.

If you post it on the website then you will get feedback from various people.

ble31980,
This has already been done for equal sided single angles. If you are a member in AISC, you can find this article titled "Tables for Equal Single Angles in Compression" by Wayne W. Walker.

Hope this helps.
