simulation of incremental forming

I simulate the SPIF process: a sheet with an elastoplastic material and analitycal rigid punch are used. with mesh S4R the model is simulate in abaqus implicit but when i change to abaqus explicit i have a bad result;plesase i need help i don't have an experience with explicit version.
