HI,
How do you choose the starting parameter for simulating a hydrocarbon assay that you only have the simulated distillation curve for?
I tried doing it to the best of my knowledge, but the simulation is not converging, whatever I do, some feeds tend to disappear and the simulation will stop because of an error(it keeps changing).
How to choose the number of stages? Heating temperature? Sidestreams and bottom flow rates?
If the simulation would have converged, I know how to change the parameter according to the results, but since I have no results, I am stuck.
