I want to ask about some option in etab program espically assign of seismic load acooridng to ubc 97
Direction and eccentricity option
When and why use that option (x dir with y eccentricity or y dir with x eccentricity)?
Also what is override eccentricity?
I find windows appear when I click override option and ask about absolute distance
What is mean of that distance?
